Hello! My name is Casey Steinmiller and I’m a Documentarian and Event Manager.
I capture life on and off the road in events, music, and every day life; with photo, video, and anything in between. After college I started to go on tours in the Midwest taking photos at small bars and basement shows. Slowly I got my footing, getting on larger tours by event managing VIP programs and taking meet and greet photos. Now I'm lucky enough to travel internationally around the globe for work full time!
I create a visual environment that fits clients music and persona’s. My specialty is creating stark, contrasting imagery with a journalistic look. Both high contrast in my control of tonality, and in color contrast to help my subjects be the center of attention but in a genuine and unassuming way. The journalistic nature of the images makes you feel as though you’re part of the scene. I put Art over “content” and help clients feel like the artists they are both on the stage and off the stage in the intimate moments.
